L'instant éternel




tiernamentefahrenheit: La Madonna de Port Lligat - Salvador Dalí, 1950. Oil on canvas 144 x 96 cm Minami Group Collection, Tokio.  Existen tres pinturas con el mismo título. En la primera, un óleo de 48.9 x 37.5 cm del 1949 ubicado en la Universidad de Milwaukee, La Virgen tiene inclinada su cabeza hacia la izquierda. En el segundo, el mostrado aquí de 1950, la cabeza se encuentra inclinada hacia la derecha. El tercero, también del 1950 y ubicado en la colección de Lady Beaverbrook en New Brunswick Canada, es un cuadro inmenso de 12 x 8 pies nuevamente con el niño Jesús en un hueco cuadrado en el pecho de la Madonna. El hueco cuadrado se repite en el pecho de Jesús pero esta vez con el pan eucarístico.
